Bogbinder's Lash

Description

You snap a lash of brackish marsh water at a creature within range and make a ranged spell attack against it. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 poison damage as fetid mire floods its mouth and nose, and its speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of your next turn as clinging muck drags at its limbs. The lash leaves behind a faint reek of rot that lingers on the target for a few seconds.
