Description
You call down a crackling bolt of electricity that detonates at a point you choose within range. Each creature in a 10-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 4d6 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Additionally, any creature that fails the saving throw is rattled by the discharge and cannot take reactions until the start of your next turn.
At Higher Levels
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
