Litany of the Found. The lantern has 1 charge and regains it daily at dawn. As an action, you can speak the name of Saint Ondine and expend the charge. For the next 10 minutes, any undead within the lantern's bright light can't become invisible, and any undead that is invisible when it enters the bright light becomes visible until it leaves. Drowned spirits caught in the light also mouth the last words they spoke in life, which anyone who can see them can read on their lips.
Lore
The sisters of the Saltglass Abbey carried these lanterns down to the flooded crypts each night to count the drowned and make sure none had wandered. A handful were carried out by the last novices before the sea closed over the abbey.
