Description
Veltro Ashmere runs the House of Seven Coins, the only gambling parlor in Coldwater Crossing worth the name. The drinks are free, the games are mostly fair, and the debts are entirely real. A charming tiefling who collects secrets more eagerly than coin, Veltro is where a DM can send a party that needs money, information, or a very bad idea. He makes a perfect morally-grey patron, a fixer with a velvet voice, and a slow-burning problem for any character who can't walk away from a winning streak.
Appearance
A lean tiefling with wine-dark skin, filed horns capped in brass, and a tailored coat that always looks more expensive than the room. His tail deals cards while his hands stay perfectly still.

Keep the House of Seven Coins the beating heart of the district's nightlife, and quietly become the person who knows everyone's debts, secrets, and weaknesses.
Personality
Effortlessly charming and quick with a smile, generous with free drinks and slow to raise his voice. Warm right up until you owe him, at which point the warmth never leaves his face but the terms turn merciless.
